  3. Moving into the Aged Care Home

    • Assistance with all paperwork – We will walk you through all the paperwork that is required to place your loved one into aged care.
    • Personalised relocation services – Moving into aged care can be traumatic; this service is to assist from planning the entire move to addressing specific moving requirements you may have.
    • Ambulance transportation – We can organise personalised ambulance transportation if required.
    • Follow up with facility & family – We touch base with you and the facility to ensure all is well and if there are any issues that require immediate attention.
