WE LISTEN & EMPATHISE- often people feel their backs are ‘up against the wall’ at this time – we offer the shoulder to cry on and listen plus practical help with placement.

DEMYSTIFY AGED CARE FEES - Accurate information regarding basic aged care fees and or accommodation bonds - allows you to make an informed decision about aged care placement.

TIME SAVING – we can talk in detail about many facilities  –  Since 1999 we have placed many residents in many facilities and often continue to get feedback from relatives - thus have detailed knowledge of a number of facilities

CENTRELINK ASSETS REQUEST DOCUMENT – We can usually get the response in less than a week sometimes  -  we explain, help with completion and ensure submission ASAP (many providers are NOT admitting without the response to this document)

WE MOVE RESIDENTS TO A PREFERRED FACILITY - even if they accept  2nd or 3rd preference initially.

WE HAVE VERY OFTEN MET WITH THE POTENTIAL RESIDENT  – aged care providers have a trust in our experience and knowledge of care needs and how potential residents will fit into their facility and the impact upon the facilities funding.

WE CAN TAKE CALLS ABOUT VACANCIES AFTER HOURS AND ON WEEKENDS - We pass vacancies onto our clients out of hours and many beds have been accepted on the weekend or after 6pm !

CENTRELINK HELP – we can put you in touch with a group that can make dealing with Centrelink easy.

CONTACT WITH FINANCIAL GROUPS – often people are fearful of the long term impact of aged fees – we can arrange for a financial aged care advisor to talk to people via phone or in person – usually fairly quickly

NEW SERVICE :  LOW COST HOUSING FOR PENSIONERS - through our developing database and networks with organisations that offer low cost housing in Stonnington and Boroondara  we are assisting pensioners to access affordable, good housing.  People must be pensioners and  fairly independent to access this type of accommodation.
